Hi all ♥
I’m Grace. I was born in Vancouver, raised in Belgium. When my family finally moved back to South Korea, I alone took the courage in flying back to my birth city. I made many friends here and a “home” in Canada and it was when I began sharing my life on social media in between classes at UBC (finding it so cathartic and expressive) the idea of becoming an independent creative and entrepreneur meant taking a pause from University of British Columbia.
Big decision at the time but with studies on hold, I was presented with an internship position at a Sephora beauty-brand. I knew deeply even though it was a small beginning…that I was pivoting authentically towards a creative pursuit which all ripple affected and connected the dots to where I am today.
Through the years, I worked as a freelance Creative-Director to small & medium size companies. My mind is always bubbling towards creative business pursuits with a global perspective from traveling from an early age. Fun fact: I even attempted a beauty salon business in Vancouver but didn’t work out as I hoped! Life has never been a straight-line for me but one thing’s for sure: I don’t play it safe.
I’ve built a steady social following famously for my unfiltered personality. When I lost my mother to ovarian cancer three years ago, I felt the power of community and there, all of you were more than supportive, kind and generous. I truly believe it was then I found my greater purpose: you. You are my muse. My life is constantly under construction and I’m dedicated to embracing every step of it. I hope to inspire you to do the same. My aura is what led me to where I am today, and it’s an exciting place to be. Magic happens when you own your life!
